In a thorough and detailed meeting, we’ll take the time to review your drawings, listen to your ideas, and collaborate with you to create a precise scope of work and schedule of finishes. Our goal is to ensure that the final result is the home you’ve always dreamed of, with every detail carefully considered and aligned with your expectations.
Our cost proposals typically take 4-6 weeks to prepare. This process involves organising trades to assess your project, communicating with industry experts and suppliers which ensures your proposal is as precise as possible, leaving no room for guesswork. We take pride in offering as much fixed pricing as we can, reserving provisional sums only for aspects of the project that can’t be accurately measured. Throughout this process, Steve will stay in touch with you to clarify any questions or details that arise.
Once your cost proposal is complete, we’ll schedule the next meeting to go over all inclusions and exclusions. Our proposals provide a clear and transparent breakdown of all costs by category. During this meeting, we’ll address any questions you have, and if necessary, we can do a final round of adjustments to the proposal based on any changes or updates.
With the cost proposal finalised, we’ll hold a final meeting to thoroughly review all contract details before moving to the signing stage.
Once we receive the go-ahead and financing is approved, we'll lock in a start date & your project will be scheduled into our calendar. As we approach the build, we’ll provide you with detailed information about what to expect, including a project schedule that outlines key milestones throughout the process.
