Milton

This transformation began with a 100-year-old heritage-listed cottage and resulted in a high-end, dual-level family home. We meticulously preserved the original front facade while executing a full internal gut and removing the rear of the structure. The cottage was raised to allow for a complete build-under, doubling the floor plan with new living areas, a mudroom, and a functional laundry.

Bridgeman Downs

This transformation was all about honouring the past while building for the future. We took a cherished home, kept in the family for years and gave it a complete top-to-bottom evolution. The project began with a full internal gut, where we replaced most internal wall linings and removed all existing flooring to create a fresh, high-end canvas.

Northgate

Steve & our supervisor Luke were invited to collaborate on the Northgate project - a full internal renovation led by renowned designer Anna Spiro. Their involvement contributed to a beautifully updated kitchen and laundry, seamlessly blending functionality with timeless design.

Chermside West

This transformation began with a classic 1950s bungalow and evolved into a stunning modern home. We replaced the entire front of the house with a spacious, open-plan living area featuring high ceilings and an abundance of natural light.

Stafford Heights

This original brick home underwent a major transformation, starting with a full internal renovation and the addition of a brand-new kitchen and laundry. A large enclosed deck extension was added to enhance indoor-outdoor living, while a new driveway and garage improved both function and street appeal.
