We meticulously preserved the original front facade while executing a full internal gut and removing the rear of the structure. The cottage was raised to allow for a complete build-under, doubling the floor plan with new living areas, a mudroom, and a functional laundry. The heart of the home features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, highlighted by beautiful stacking casement windows that frame views of the surrounding trees.
The addition of a spacious new deck and a custom carport provides a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Inside, the home was reimagined with modern bathrooms and premium finishes throughout.
