We have a simple process that consistently creates a calm & successful experience for our clients. We understand that no project is the same and always tailor this process to fit our clients ideas, lifestyles and budgets.

Initial consultation meeting

Once we have reviewed your information, it is time to book in a 30 minute meeting to get to know you & your project a little better. If you are at the very start of your journey, we can connect you with the right designer to match your vision. We are also available to work alongside your chosen designer to offer input on the buildability of the design to keep things on budget.

Concept Stage

During this stage we offer a complimentary basic estimate to ensure that your plans are aligned with your vision & budget. We will take the time to discuss your drawings, listen to your ideas and work with you to compile a full scope of work and finishes list so the end result is the home you’ve always dreamed of.

Cost Proposal

Once the cost proposal is complete, we will organise a time to meet in person to discuss all inclusions & exclusions. Our proposals are highly detailed and include a transparent breakdown of all category costs. At this meeting we will answer any questions you may have around the quote & finalise all details of the project. If required, a final round of costing will be completed, if adjusting to the scope of your project is needed

Contract

It is time to sign the contract. Before we pick up the tools, a final meeting will take place to discuss any contract details. Once finance has been approved, a start date will be scheduled into our calendar and as we approach the start of your build, a timeline of the build will also be provided.

Construction to Handover

Once all approvals are in place, it’s time to start construction. Our team values personal safety and respects your home as our workplace. This is when you sit back and enjoy watching the Ardour team bring your new home to life. Throughout the build there will be regular check in’s, project updates & always an open line of communication with the builder. At handover, we will proudly present the keys to you to enjoy your new & impressive new home.
